MEEKS REUNION is heal in OCTOBER around the 12th at ROTAN, TEXAS.

Family Reunion Preparation
Howdy! It is that time of year.
There will be a $5.00 charge per car at the gate
The Butler Family reunion will be at BAY LANDING on Lake
Bridgeport, Texas. June or July of 2011. Well try to let you know what days it will be and what month.
We Will be at the Club House in side om the back two role of tables.
From Fort Worth, TX:
Take Hwy 287 north to Hwy 114. Go west on Hwy 114 to Hwy 380. Then go 4 miles west on Hwy 380 to the preserve, located on the left-hand side.
From Dallas, TX: Take Hwy 114 west to Hwy 380. Go 4 miles west on Hwy 380 to the preserve, located on the left-hand side.
Accommodations: Campsites: 28 full hook-ups, 17 full hook-ups with 30/50 amp power, 250 power and water only - Rentals: 30 cabins.
Member Amenities Include: Adult Center, Basketball Courts, Beach, Boat Launch, Family Center, Game Room, Horseshoe Pits, Hot Tub, Lake, Laundry Facilities, Mini-Golf, Nature Trails, Pavilions, Playground, Pool Table, Softball Field, Swimming Pool, Video Games, Volleyball Courts, Wi-Fi Access. To make sure that you that would to stay in a camp site or a cabin, I will have to know by April 15 to May 1, 2011 to make Reservations.
Prices will change each year. Cabins are $85.00per night plus $17.00 for linen,This price may change, or bring you own. Standard Cabin: Sleeps 4 & 6 adults, queen size bed plus a sofa bed or futon, full bathroom, kitchen, dinette, and a TV. Large Cabin: Sleeps 6 adults with double beds, a queen-size sofa bed plus bunk beds, full bathroom, dinette, kitchen, and a deck. Camping: Full hook-ups $ 38.00 per night, Tents Site are $22.00 per night. You can camp the way you want to at Thousand Trails. Bring your motorhome, your tent, or your travel trailer and we'll provide a beautiful, spacious campsite...some even have convenient pull-through access. All campgrounds are comfortably outfitted with electricity and water hookups, a picnic table and grill. Sewer hookups may also be available at some campsites. When you're ready to visit, make plans to arrive early. All Thousand Trails campsites are available on a first- come, first-served basis. There is no money for the Family Reunion so please think about what you can give to continue the Reunion. Also about a place that will be easy and convenient for all the family. Please let all of your family know about the BUTLER & BOWMAN FAMILY REUNION because I do not have all the address of the family.
